Little Tiger Investments are a small Leicester based property investment business with a portfolio spread across the Midlands and beyond. 

Our primary focus is the purchase of property that is or can be turned into an attractive long term investment, whether it be industrial and office units, residential accommodation, existing mid-term projects or land. 
 
In addition to offering a quick purchase for any suitable property or projects, we also offer sell and leaseback options for owner occupiers, existing investments for sale, and residential and commercial lettings.
